Refund policy

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be provided with a prepaid return label. All returns are subject to a processing / freight charge of $7. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once items are received, they will be inspected and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. At this time, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (timing of this credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies). Shipping costs paid on orders are nonrefundable. In addition, all customers requesting a return will pay a return processing / freight charge of $7. Initial shipping and $7 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
